At this event, NSI Executive Director Ivor Chipkin will present two policy papers, followed by insights from a panel of distinguished experts. This discussion comes at a pivotal time as South Africa recently achieved a historic milestone with the amendment of the Public Service Act, aiming to limit political interference in the recruitment and operational decisions within public departments.
