In June 2020, the NSI (then GAPP) book club hosted the project “Filling the (reading) GAPP: Voices from the Periphery”, which brought together academics from the global south to read and discuss three books. All three sessions were recorded and shared on our YouTube channel. The third and final meeting of this project was named “The never-ending transition: position of the ‘eternal peripheries’ in the neoliberal global order” and was based on the reading of the book “Global Capitalism and the Crisis of Humanity“, published in 2014 by William I. Robinson and published by The New Press.
