NSI’s Yoliswa Makhasi discusses service delivery on Channel Africa
On 6 May 2025, Yoliswa Makhasi, head of Public Service Reform at the New South Institute, was interviewed on Africa World Hour, a news and current affairs programme broadcast by the SABC’s Channel Africa. The conversation centred on South Africa’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the institutional foundations of public service through legislative and structural reform, with particular attention to the Public Service Amendment Bill currently under consideration by the National Council of Provinces.
