Dr. Jelena Vidojević, Co-Founder of the New South Institute (NSI) and head of our South-South Dialogues and Rethinking the South African Welfare State programmes, has been appointed as a Research Associate at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

GIBS, the business school of the University of Pretoria, is a globally accredited institution and a recognized center for business and management studies in Africa. This appointment further aligns the work of NSI with GIBS’s academic and research objectives.

This development is part of a broader partnership between NSI and GIBS. NSI’s offices are now located on the GIBS campus, and our Executive Director and Co-Founder, Dr. Ivor Chipkin, serves as a faculty member at the institute.
