Kanyisa Tolashe

Project Officer

Kanyisa Tolashe is a Project Officer in the Public Service Reform programme at NSI. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Project Management and is currently pursuing her honours degree in Public Administration at the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA). Kanyisa has extensive professional experience across various public institutions, having previously served as Project Manager (Hands-on Support) at the Eastern Cape Department of Human Settlements and as Administrator and Personal Assistant to the MMC at Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality. Her core expertise includes project finance, programme and project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic management. Over the years, she has led multiple projects at both departmental and municipal levels, demonstrating strong leadership and a results-driven approach.
