The New South Institute is inviting applications for four positions in its Public Service Reform programme, supporting government in the implementation of the Public Service Amendment Act.
These roles reflect different parts of the programme’s work. We are recruiting for a Human Resources Specialist, a Specialist Labour Lawyer, a Programme Coordinator, and a Senior Analyst/Researcher. Together, these positions combine technical HR reform, legal oversight, programme coordination, and behavioural and institutional analysis.
At NSI, our work is grounded in rigorous analysis and practical reform. We are therefore looking for professionals who can contribute strong judgement, subject-matter expertise, and careful execution in support of public institutions.
