In an article signed by Alex van den Heever, Ivor Chipkin and Jelena Vidojević in the digital magazine “New Frame”, the authors argue that the most effective and transformative way for South Africa’s government to alleviate poverty and transform its economy is to adopt a universal basic income policy.
